Easy Ice Blocks and Choc Peanut Butter pops

Easy ice blocks

INGREDIENTS:

1 can of coconut water

1 cup of cut up summer fruits (pineapple, orange, berries, etc)

1 squeeze of lemon

METHOD:

Using ice block moulds, pour in the coconut water and lemon juice and put into the freezer for half an hour

Remove from freezer and add the cut fruit

Put back into the freezer to set

              

                  Choc Peanut butter pops

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of desired milk (lactose free, almond, rice, oat, etc)

2 tbsps. cacao powder

3 medjool dates, pitted

1 frozen banana, cut into chunks

Natural peanut butter

METHOD:

In a high speed blender add all the ingredients except the peanut butter

Scoop 1 tsp. of peanut butter into the tip of each ice block mould

Once blended, pour the choc mix into the ice block mould and place in freezer to set
