Consultations

Follow up consultations can be an hour or half an hour. It is suggested to book at least two (2) weeks in advance. You will receive a reminder of your appointment via email

I will receive the results of your test three (3) to four (4) weeks after you have mailed your sample to the laboratory. I will then contact you to schedule a follow up appointment to go through the results.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify me with a minimum of twenty four (24) hours’ notice or you will still be charged for the appointment.

You are required to fill out the appropriate paperwork and submit the same to me at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of consultation fee paid. This means you will need to book and pay for another appointment.

If you select Skype as the form of communication, it is your responsibility to ensure it is downloaded and tested and working prior to your appointment. Please ensure your privacy settings are set, so I can contact you and send you contact requests. Failure to secure Skype will result in the forfeiture of the appointment and appointment fee.

All appointments are made and will transpire during ACST Australian central standard time (ADELAIDE time) or Australian daylight standard time ADST, depending on what time of year it is. Please check http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/australia/adelaide . It is your responsibility to accurately convert the time change so you do not miss your appointment. Failure to ensure an accurate time zone conversion will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee. See http://www.timeanddate.com/ for accurate conversions.

Pre – approval is required on ALL product returns. Only unopened products can be returned within fourteen (14) days from date of receipt. Postage, handling and a fifteen percent (15 %) processing fee will be taken off your original purchase price. Probiotics or other refrigerated items can not be returned. Special orders can not be returned.

As a naturopath, I am bound to keep all health information disclosed as a consequence of availing my service confidential and secure, unless such disclosure is required by law or authorized by you. Information about your health condition or treatment may, however, be used to help improve my services or to check that they are up to standard. Whenever this is done, all precautionary measures will personally be undertaken by me to make sure that no information shall be shared that could identify you.
